4. What is the normal Lead Time?

A. For stock products, goods can be arranged for you within 5-7 days after receiving your payment.

B. For mass production, lead time is around 35 working days, and longer if surface handling is required.

We have LFGB certification and have strict QC quality control system, including in-process inspection in every process and final inspection.

6. If any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?

 We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order.

9. How long will be the mold time?

Commonly is about 30 days for bottle mold and cap mold. Just send us your original bottle or give us the design file,we can open new mold for you
